The U.S. Environmental Protection : Agency's (EPA) certification and compliance division issued letters of ; approval to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for the structure and pricing of their Service Information Web si tes. The letters, sent out on March 24, were issued to all manufacturers, except Volvo and Porsche, who received ;. letters stating they still need to provide additional information outlining their current pricing structures.
